Our Story

Chauvin Bayou Market was built in 1992 and has serviced the Monroe area with the best wine and spirits, hand-cut steaks, twice-baked potatoes, homemade casseroles, soups, and our famous lasagna. We are located on the Ouachita River and family-owned.

Our food is all handmade using age-old family recipes. We employ some of the best cooks in North Louisiana that have years of experience.
